On July 10, KIHASA held a presidential citation presentation ceremony at its Kyujang-sil.

Kang Hee-chung, the director of health care policy research, was honored with the Presidential Citation for her research on "The Pilot Poject of the Korean-style Sick Pay Scheme: Its Design and Evaluation," which was recognized for its contribution to expanding people's 'right to rest when sick' and to the policy promoting tailored basic security. On the 10th, KIHASA President Lee Tae-soo passed on the citation to Dr. Kang.
