This project seeks to improve the quality of international comparative research on social security by conducting substantial international joint research and to promote the development of social security policies at home and abroad. It intends to promote cooperation with prominent overseas institutions and experts, and promotes professional manpower to improve its international status and recognition of KIHASA.
This study would strengthen the position and role as a global leader of the Korea Institute of Health and Welfare. Main content of this project as follows: international joint research, international conferences, expert forums for international cooperation, MOU cooperation with foreign institutions. It is expected that high-quality research results can be derived and the improvement of international collaborative research can be promoted. Through international collaborative research, major research achievements of Korea's social security policy will be widely publicized internationally.
